Welcome to iLikePDF Technologies Inc. ("iLikePDF", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at ilikepdf.com or any associated web tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services & Client-Side Local Architecture

iLikePDF provides a suite of browser-native web applications designed for document manipulation, including merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, signing, flattening, and converting PDF documents and raster images.

All conversion and processing operations execute locally inside your device's browser memory using compiled WebAssembly and client-side JavaScript. We do not store, host, or inspect your documents on remote servers.

2. Permitted Use & User Content Responsibilities

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use iLikePDF for personal, educational, non-profit, and commercial purposes subject to these terms:

Legal Authorization: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights, authorization, and legal titles to any document or image file processed on our platform.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use iLikePDF to process illegal material, malware payload scripts, or documents containing infringing material without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform trademarks, logos, CSS design systems, WebAssembly binary modules, and source code on iLikePDF are the exclusive intellectual property of iLikePDF Technologies Inc. Users retain 100% full copyright ownership over their uploaded and processed source files.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

iLikePDF IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ILIKEPDF, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM.
